    whats the total amount of muscle you have gained since start of gear

    well guys, just like the title sais. HOw much muscle weight have you gained since you started using gear and how long did it take you.

    p.s. i would start a poll but dont know how

    and how close were you to your genetic potential as you started gear. or were you at least plateud.
