Hey all just wanted to introduce myself to the board. I have been scrolling around reading some of the posts, and have decided to join your ranks.
About me.
Well my bb experience isn't to much, I use to lift a little while in the military, but not nothing to serious. Been out of the miltary for 2 years now and had put on a incredible amount of weight, and had gotten serioulsy out of shape,decided it was time to do something about it. I have been lifting since January and have lost over 20 lbs. Only supplements I have been on it Whey Protein and Creatine. I'm currently 6'2" 260lbs and don't even wanna speculate on bodyfat. I'll try to post some pics when I have some taken.

Thanks fellas, good to be on a board that doesn't flame for everything. I have been on others were they would get down on ya for anything, that is why I scoped this one out before joining. Criticizem doesn't bother me, I know where I need to improve, old military trait I guess. Thanks for the responses.
