Ive alway's read that the body can assimilate roughly 30g of protein every 2-3 hrs and that taking steroids increases your nitrogen retention thus enabling your body to assimilate more protein. So what would be a good figure to increase your protein consumption by? I know this would depend upon dosages of steroid and which one's used but just a rough idea. Cheers
