I always keep 1 or 2 vials or amps so next time I make sure I am getting the same shit.

I would just throw them out. Put them in a empty tin can or something.
It should be ok in the garbage.

duct tape them together for safety and privacy and pitch them. Ever try to open up a wad of duct tape? Its pretty tough.
