    You can mix it, but the form of glutamine you're taking will determine if you are causing any waste of the creatine. For example, taking a free form glutamine in liquid or powder form is going to increase your digestive system effeciency and that may cause your digestive system to destroy more of the creatine before it is actually absorbed into the bloodstream.
