no matter what i do i cant seem to get the cut and the ncie definition on my lower chest..ive tried decline press, decline dumbells and now i tried using the decline press machine..after everything ive been trying to awhile i cant seem to get what i want..anyone have any tips on developing the lower chest?..i know this is a workout question but not getting any response in there and there are tons more people who go on the steriod questions so thats why i posted here..sorry
