Alright here is my problem:
I am currently in my fifteenth week of a cycle.
wk 1-5
Test E 500/wk
Eq 400/wk
wk 5-10
Test E 500/wk
Eq 400/wk
Fina 100/eod
wk 10-17
Test P 100/eod
Eq 400/wk
Fina 100/eod
If you notice, I switched from test e to test p at week 10. Week ten I dropped my calories and carbs and starting a cutting phase. The fisrt 3 weeks of this cutting phase I dropped my bodyfat percentage 3%. The fourth week it went up .5%. The fifth week of the cutting phase it went up .5% again. What the hell is going on?
I am 225 lbs
I do cardio for 30 minutes four times a week
My calories are 2700 a day with 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat
I measure or weigh all my food so I know I am right on
The weird part is that even though I am doing all this cardio and dieting I haven't lossed more than a pound a week and last week I didn't lose anything at all. Please help?????
