    because clen depleats taurine levels so bad that you won't be able to walk....ever have a muscle cranp that lasted 3 days...I have. It that my forearm and my hamstring at the same time....

    dont mean to hijack the thread, but at what dose do people start experiencing cramps!! iv taken over 100mcgs in a day, tho i spread it out, is that why i never cramp?? (and i also never get shakes!!)

    yeh im up to 100 right now and i havent got any cramps but got a lil shakes. can u buy taurine at walmart?

    Because your a bastard! You might eat alot of Banannas and get enough taurine without knowing it in your diet.
