    Any of you guy who use mp3 players in the gym. Which do you use.

    I use the flash memory one (128mb) but i think an ipod would be much better....

    Look into the Creative Labs Nomad. Just as good as an IPod (though a little bigger) but much cheaper.

    I-River ifp-899(holds 1GB, which is plenty for me) and Shure E2C noise-cancelling earphones......

    Not hardly. My secretary (trying to save a buck) has gone through two of these in less than 2 months.

    She finally took my advice and got the I-Pod.

    Talk to an honest person who sells the Nomads. They will tell you they are crap.
