Tying to cut reduce BF lose some weight
On non training days my meals would be
Meal #1: 10 Egg withes / 0.5 Cup of oatmeal
2.30 hours later Meal #2:100g chicken with olive oil
2.30 hours later Meal #3: 1 Chicken Breast - Broccoli - Tomatoes
3 hrs Later Meal #4: Fridays Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Salad
Before sleep Meal #5: Cottage Cheese - 1 Can of tuna - 1tbsp Flax - Broccoli and tomatoes
Is this ok? I have 2 non training days per week
