I have been cutting for a while now. I went from 16% to 10%. But last Sunday, I said to myself I am going to start forming a cheat day, where I eat EVERYTHING in sight WHENEVER i want. Franky, last Sunday was the best day of my life (As I am sure the rest of the Sundays will be also). Pizza, Ben and Jerrys ice cream, macadameia nut cookies, bananas, pudding, Wendys triple classic burger, etc all went in the belly and boy was it satisfying. As a matter of fact, I felt stronger and much more energetic in the gym for the next few days. Not sure if that was mental or not though. Tomorrow is Sunday, I CAN NOT WAIT!! Seriously, it is kind of like this:
