ok i was reccomended to take it before i competed. Well being me i decided to try out a dose first to see if it was a good idea. Took a 500mg cap 40mins ago. i am so hot its really crazy. This isnt the no flush kind. For god sakes people do not buy the regular kind unless you are going to be walking naked in siberia!
