Im in my 5th week of test cyp and small amount of deca for joints....my friend and i usually shoot each other in the delts but my scedule is not alowing that right now is it ok to pre load syringes and shoot yourself in the delts i just never did it myself anytips??

shooting yourself in the delts is easy...way easier than glutes...just inject slowly and dont forget to aspirate

How do you aspirate ?

once needle is in pull back plunger just a little...you see a bubble, you're good to go and can start injecting...you see blood, pull out, put on new needle, and stick it in again as you dont want to inject into a vein
