so i've been getting lots of info on the poducts that i am thinking about using for my first cycle. but i still want to know what you guys have to suggest. when it comes to pct's, where when and how. the big question is how. some of the stuff i am looking at does not come with instructions. how do i know what i do oraly exct. where can i go to find out?
