I saw a post last week where you talked about making your own protein bars. If you have the recipe handy I’d like to give it a try cause I’m getting real tired of eating the store bought ones.

Sorry it took so long to reply. I have been typeing out response to PM's the last several days and failed to notice your post,
Yeah the guys are right though, everything is listed in the reciepe section. I'll get cracking on some more reciepes this week end. I've come across some dozzies.
