ok, ive only been on my test e 500 mg/week cycle for a week and a half now, is it possible to feel the effets already, it seeems my appetite has skyrocketed and my libido is ridiculous, my g/f was like wtf when she saw my stiffy, the veins alone were as big as some guys actual units, is this normal to feel these effects this soon?

its normal,just because it takes 4 weeks to kick in does'nt mean that you allready got elevated test levels.

I ALWAYS notice increased libido from about 1.5 weeks into it. Technically your test levels are on an astronomical rise starting right from an hour after the first injection regardless of rather its test e, sust or test cyp. Prop is obvious as it is a very fast releasing test. If you are not doing deca or tren at the same time, the starting of a test e/cyp cycle is not going to cause an immediate HTPA shutdown. Actually shutdown from test e/cyp often doesnt occur until week #3 going on #4 so your natural stuff adds up with the artificial.
