looks like you lost a little weight. what are your goals bro?
Lol...lost weight? I've gained like 15 lbs!![]()
keep at it bro, deads, squats, bench and food...you can't go wrong with that combo.
is it me or is your face different in every picture? like literally a different person.
But keep up the good work.
lol yep...had long curly hair, sometimes i straightened it so it would shag. then i cut it off...and i'm tan now..so thats whats up with that lolOriginally Posted by 305GUY
in the second pic you look like the guy from the 70's show... i can't remember the characters name... anyway keep up the hard work!
lol i got that a lot...Hyde

im glad you cut that dam hair. youre getting better. keep eating and lifting hard.
I can tell you've gained weight- but I agree with the guy that thinks you(well your face) look very different in your pictures! I see your weight(148 if that's correct) in your profile, but I'm curious what your starting weight was, from the start of your lifting program. I think you talked more about that in your other thread, but I can't seem to find it.
I'm no longer 148, i'm now 153. my starting weight was probably 138
damn!!! you are getting up there pretty quick
Lol seriously. and think if i had wasted a cycle on that...i just gained 15 lbs in 2 months naturally
You look like your ready to beat someones ass! Sort of....jk, keep it going bro
Ahhh the days of 150...
Enjoy,

138 is very close to where I was like 2 years ago when I first started to "lift" - uneffectively though, with misguided nutritional and training info. So 153, congrats then! How are your legs doing?
Thanks Cacti! I'm wondering if "Muscle Memory" has anything to do with my ease in gaining. Anyway the legs are doing ok, thighs/glutes are great. calves need work
150, that was a while ago...way back in middle schoolOriginally Posted by 511220

By the way...
You have the looks of Leonardo diCaprio...
Particularly in ure 1st pic...
maybe its just the lighting but the last do pics do look like a big difference. i think you look bigger and more defined in the 2nd to last pic than in the last pic, but from the 1st pic to the 2nd to last pic there is a big difference. keep up the good work, btw way did you change name from sean stew to tiger or am i just cunfuzed?Originally Posted by Skullsmasher
Thanks bro!..I get that a lot..I think in my one avatar pic I look like Danny Masterson (Hyde from that 70's show) but thats just the curls and glasses. No one says that in real life.Originally Posted by grimnlock
Yes big differences, its easy to see improvement when your super lean like me..Its kinda cool because whatever I try for experimenting on diet or weights, I see results of that very soon being lean like that.. anyways the 2nd to last pic I was bulking but not consuming as many calories as I wanted to be..In the last pic I am bloated..my actual size is probably right between the 2. I'll post more up sometime, the last one I'm not happy with (doesnt look like I usually do)Originally Posted by armwrestler22

Oh you asked what my goals are, I like this look, this is about as big as I'd like to be:
(Funny the guy using this guys pics as himself just got banned today..)
but yea this would be my ideal.. any comments/suggestions would be appreciated
He's a monster!!!!!!
Dude, you look like a thin Josh Koschek with the afro and glasses.
Anyway, keep up the good work bro, like was said earlier....squats, deads, rest and food go a LONG way!!
koschek is a pussy!Originally Posted by Monkeytown

Anyway, Tiger, keep up the good work. You have good potential.![]()
looking good. mad respect for going the natural route. i started lifting at around 155lbs and in a year and a half gained 35lbs, naturally....and not fat. once i hit 190 i felt i was ready and fully plateauded. i commend you for your efforts, keep it up. just remember to always try and build muscle mass while keeping yourself as lean as you can. if you wouldnt mind i would like to just recommend hitting the chest harder. your delts look pretty good for your size and seem like they overlap the chest. so keep hittin that up hard. good luck bro
Are you natural or not?
I've read another of your threads saying you've ran a 5 weeks Test cycle
At the top of this thread it says you're natural
Can you confirm this for me
Lookin' good but do you have some pics from your "avid bodybuilder" days?
I've read this as well. Just wondering if you mean't "doing it natural now", or "natural" all the way like skippy peanut butter?Originally Posted by ant_8u

You're normally really quick to start giving out advice
We all want to know
How did you do it?
How did you gain 30lbs going from 138lbs to 153lbs
And how did you do it naturally during your 5 week Test cycle?
