Since one vial lasts a week wouldn't it be okay to not be inconvenienced by having to keep it in the frige?

No, while people will disagree, to a certain point, about how long a reconstituted vial of GH is good for at room tempature, it is certainaly less then a week. I can't site a study at the moment but I would venture to say that it is a lot less the 24 hours.
