20mg ed is whats usually taken throughout cycle, also depends upon the amount of AAS your taking

I would suggest 10mg/ED. If you already have issues with gyno (during puberty) I'd suggest 20mg/ED. It does though depend on the dosage of the AS also.

10mg/ED should be sufficient for a newbie.
