Benadryl for Clen

What does the Benadryl do when you take it with a Clen cycle. I hear you should do 2 weeks of Clen 1 week Benadryl and continue. What does the Benadryl do?

Clen by itself should be cycled 2wks on/2wks off because after 2wks your body will build a tolerance to clen and in essence will be ineffective. While cycling benedryl along with the clen it 'cleans' the receptors where the clen binds therefore allowing to cycle clen for longer periods.

Ketotifen works too. Allows you to run clen for more that 2 consecutive weeks.

2wks on/2 wks off is the worst way of running clen

run it for 10-12 weeks straight

adding benadryl every 3rd week for that week @ 50-100mg
