not sure, but i take mine b4
some say to take it after because it could interfer with your breathing during cardio.
I do not have that so I take it before,
and sometimes after cardio as well.
are you doing a cutter,
or just using clen for energy?

Either is fine, generally speaking you won't experience any breathing problems. Especially with it being so early and your first daily dose (assuming that it's 20-40mcgs). It will certainly enhance your energy throughout the workout and thus be beneficial before. Remember Clen's halflife is 3.5 to 4.5 hours so space your doses accordingly and make sure the last one is early enough not to interfere with sleep.
Im jus taking clen on its own jus to cut up a bit. get the fat % down before starting my second bulk cycle.
i have 20 mcg clen tabs so when the dosage increases is it ok to take all together instead of spacing it out.
Also is it ok to take clen on a hungry stomach.

In a nutshell...
If it is your first time start with the 20mcg, if not start with 60mcg. Increase every two (2) days by 20mcgs, peak at 120mcgs and maintain until you decide to start come off (should not exceed 12wks). When coming down follow same 20mcg every two (2) days as before.
YES! For optimal results you need to space doses, obviously once you reach the upper-limit of six (6) doses a day you can't go by the halflife spacing above per dose nor would it be convenient efficient to administer six applications everyday, and would interfere with sleep. So switch to three doses of 40mcgs daily, also use a variation of these at the other levels (80mcgs & 100mcgs).

Lastly, barring the above sleep and pre-work out caveats, you can take it in any state (before/during/after meals, before/during/after workouts).

The reason being they are both stimulate the Beta Receptors (Clen selectively only receptor 2, and ECA indiscriminately all receptors). See profile excerpt below...

Take it before. The thermogenic affect will benefit you while doing your cardio. It wouldnt really make sense to leave it until after a workout.

I take 200mcg with no sides at all. Resting heart rate sits at 81 beats/minute. I also take mine in one dose when I get up in the morning. Easy to do if you have liquid... kind of a bitch if you're taking tabs.
Results thus far:
After 4 weeks:
+5 lbs LBM (from lifting + protein/diet)
-10lbs Fat
-2% BF
