    1. what kinda package will my letro come in?
    2. what will it say on my monthly statement?
    3. will i have to sign for it and so should i decline the package?

    you wont have to sign for it.

    it will come via priority mail USPS in a normal box

    Credit card statement will show Lion nutrition (I think)
