I'm not 100% on this, but I would say 5 days after taking the cleanse start PCT.

But if you are being tested as an athlete it really makes no sense because many PCT drugs are banned substances.

That could be, but that isn't what he asked. He simply asked if he was using the cleanse when would he start PCT.

end your cycle. Then Cleanse. Then PCT.
This is, of course, if you are not requiring a test to prove anything.
