ok I know nolvadex is not a controlled substance, what happens if a bunch of home-capped nolva has been sent but not delivered??? in the US? It was sent regular mail and not recieved yet. would that be an arrestable offense since it is not a controlled substance? or would it lead to an investigation because they where capped from powder?

if the primary subsatnce is controlled (which i don't think so) u can be in trouble, but if it's not, u r just fine. cause by law u can oreder/posses/import up to 3 months supply of any un-controlled substance without Rx.
