gyno help please

I took 5 shots of deca 200, 20 of winstrol, and a bottle of m1t pills. I stopped the cycle 3 months ago, and it is the only cycle i've done. the other day i noticed my nipples were sore and there are hard small lumps behind them. my left one seems a little bigger than the right. i've heard of letro and nolvadex. can anyone tell me which to buy and how to use? and also after reading the faq it says to begin use of these during your cycle...would i be able to use it now the same? thanks to anyone who responds.

Me, I would use 80 mg nolvadex ED asap till the lumps go away.

how many bottles of nolva should i buy from arr if they each contain 50 ml at 20mg/ml for my condition? also, should i take all 80 mg in the same serving or split it up through the day?

I would get letro. In a thread somewhere someone actually said it reversed gyno maybe maybe not but letro is by far the strongest out there.
