I was stretching Monday (I know I havent stretched in forever)..and it like tightened my pec where it meets at the anterior deltoid..yall know what i mean. Anyway, I pushed with it bothering me anyway cuz im stupid and I refused to go home...well I got to 355 or so and it started hurtin quite a bit. Its just an annoyance right now...what u guys predict..a week or so?
