I have been doing a lot of research on a T3/clen cycle for about 2 months now in preparation for my cycle starting next month. The one thing I haven't gotten a clear picture of is how much weight someone can expect to drop from a 4 week run of clen and t3 given optimal diet and cardio. I know everybody is probably different but for those of you who have done it or know can you please tell me your total loss with it, whether in pounds lost or bodyfat % decrease.
