has allot to do with cardio IMO.. if i do hard cardio, then go and drink that night, i get real light headed and buzzed , after only a few.. sometimes i even get dizzy after 3 beers, fxcking embarrassing.

When I was lighter and younger, I'd shoot a double of 151 as soon as I hit the bar. Then, I'd drink about 3 beers over the course of an hour and I'd be friggin' smashed. The spirits had got me.
