When I bench press my shoulder pops every time I go from extend to retract
If I throw a ball for a short period of time I feel like i cant use my arm at all
Also I'm a rock climber and Ive read that that can cause weakining of rotator cuffs, I also play water volleyball and golf
lifting my arm straight in front of me chest height and turn my wrist inside........OUCH but nothing if I turn it outward.......... if I try to scratch my back with my right arm OMG that hurts like hell .................... But there are other things I can do that dont hurt it but the ones that do hurt like hell
