I am considering using insulin(humulin r) post workout only between cycles. A good example of weekly use would be:

Mon-5iu post workout
Tue-off
Wed-5iu post workout
Thur-off
Fri-5iu post workout
Sat-5iu post workout
Sun-off

and repeat weekly. For how long is it safe to continue this type of scheduling? I've also been throwing around the idea of insulin pre-workout to block cortisol entirely. Of course, I'd be consuming carbs throughout my entire workout and through the lifespan of the slin(4 hrs.)

I just wanted to get some feedback from experinced slin user (yeah you Juice Junky ) to see about duration of this bridge and safety. I know the insulin dose is low, by the way. I like to play it safe.
