Alright, these were taken today, May 5. I've taken two weeks off body building, I think my muscles really needed the break. I've been working out for about 2.5 years non-stop.
What do you boyz think needs work? Besides the big fat gut, I already know about that
And what would you guess my body fat to be? Cause I got no clue!!!
