no it's not bullshit, it's ref b. Even then it isn't worth injecting and is usually taken orally.

i dont think this stuff should be taken orally. i've talked to alot of people about this and they all say the same, inject it or dont take it all. but i do think this is really good stuff

well BigKev says he seems to make better gains from injecting Ref-B, but it can be taken orally..

It can be taken orally, some people do report they receive better gains off injecting, just like any other oral/inj (Winny).
