    i always do bulk cycle ending with the cutting cycle (18-24 weeks) total. i do about 16 weeks bulking then about 8-10 cutting, but no i'm not interested in shows.

    in the pic. i weighed ~198 lbs. but that's 3 weeks off. currently i'm off but i'm preparing for a long term cycle (24 weeks).
