This is my next cycle:
week 3-12 Tren - (100) - 200mg/week
week 1-12 Test e - 500mg/week
week 1-10 Eq - 400mg/week
week 3-12 T-3 - 25mcg/week
I am 76kg and I want to add 4 kg to be 80kg all muscle, no fat!
Is this cycle and this diet going to get me there?
meal 1 - 5 eggs, pro shake, oats
meal 2 - turkey + edem cheese on wholemeal bread, 1 apple
meal 3 - can tuna with salad, yogurt low fat with 15 almonds
meal 4 - chicken breast with 1 cup of rice
meal 5 - 40g pro shake
meal 6 - lean meat of chicken breast with rice
meal 7 - PWO 45g pro (25g carbs) and a banana
meal 8 - PPWO chicken breast with salad and rice
I take 1 50g pro bar in between meals
about 380g/400g pro, 280carbs, cals - maybe 3500??
