    Bulking starts! Quick pic for you all! lol (im small by the way)

    Ok ok.. so.. some of you may know what my life entales but its now winter and im working at a gym so i have no excuse whatsoever.

    Bulking starts today... heres a picture of me (im in my work uniform by the way lol)

    Currently 230 @ 5'9 -20 years old.

    Ya hope to pack on 20lbs. then cut 10 off in spring and be at 200.Good luck to you.

    Im at work today, so might take some whilst im down the gym, and then again i might not. I'll post pics of when i cut down though.

    Maybe you should be cutting instead of bulking, Messy UK. Your picture is kinda small and you are wearing a shirt but you look to be well over 20% BF as I don't see any sign of muscle separation or vascularity. You weigh 230lbs. but if you are over 20% BF (as you appear to be) that's like 50lbs. of fat!

    If I'm wrong then please ignore my post! I just think you would look much better if you cut.

    No doubt. When i say bulking, i mean consuming as much protein and concentrating on muscle mass rather than cutting. I'll do 2 months of building and late Feb i'll cut down. Target weight before i cut is 250lbs then down to about 210 -maybe a tad lower. BF at the moment is about 18% +/- 1%.

    Just hate cutting when it comes to winter. I'll cut early next year, getting me down to about 210 then DNP another 10lbs bring my weight to 200 which should have me looking pretty lean.

    Solid gameplan, man! You should do well. I weigh 122kg (about 268lbs.) at the moment so I kinda know what you are going through. Just don't underestimate your bodyfat. I always thought I was around 15% BF and then I cut down from 280lbs. to 260lbs. and I got calipered at 15% BF so I was pretty bummed, but I think I'm doing well for being natural.

    screw cutting, its winter.. go fat and happy.. put on all that muscle mass.. you know the saying the more muscle etc... Im bulking like an 18 yr old virgin with a chocolate craving!
