No doubt. When i say bulking, i mean consuming as much protein and concentrating on muscle mass rather than cutting. I'll do 2 months of building and late Feb i'll cut down. Target weight before i cut is 250lbs then down to about 210 -maybe a tad lower. BF at the moment is about 18% +/- 1%.
Just hate cutting when it comes to winter. I'll cut early next year, getting me down to about 210 then DNP another 10lbs bring my weight to 200 which should have me looking pretty lean.
