    test and deca

    ive got 2 10ml vials of cypionate and 1 10 ml vial of deca 300

    how should i run this? 400mg/ wk of test and 300mg/ week of deca?

    go with test 500mg. test 1-12, deca 1-10 IMO

    Deca needs to be ran at least 12 weeks for best results

    Dbol 1-4 40mg ed
    Test 1-15 500mg week
    Deca 1-13 400mg week
    Nolva 20mg ed 1-15

    Proper pct
