Ambien

Doctor prescribed me ambien yesterday.Want to get opinions of those who have used it and see if it will have ANY kind of negative effect on my cycle. Currently running enanthate, deca, and dbol and not getting much sleep at all since the start of this cycle. Any input from those with experience with ambien would greatly be appreciatred.

Not really sure about the effect it will have on your cycle. Probably very little if any, but they are hard as hell to come off of. I used them for 3 weeks, and like to have never been able to go to sleep on my own after that.

Ambien doesn't work for me.I need something much stronger than that when I have sleep issues.

Ambien for me can be a great sleep aid without the hungover effects like those from tylenol pm, etc. Just make sure you have at least 8 hours of sleep before taking one. On the the negative side they can also become very dependant and you very easily build up a tolerance to it soo make sure you don't take them in consecutive days and spread it out through the week when for when your feeling you REALLY need it in order to get a good night rest.

the doctor gave me lunesta at first but with my schedule I can't workout till about 6:30 pm and eat about 8:30-9:00pm then take the lunesta about 9:30 and go to bed for 10pm because I get up at 4:50am for work. The lunesta was not strong enough I guess because of taking it so soon after i ate.

I was given samples by my doc a wile back, didnt do crap for me. I tried them on and off cycle and got the same results. I dont think it will have any effects on gains if thats your concern.

Bro it knocks me out within 30 minutes no matter what im doing...

i take melatonin. It helps ...but doenst "knock me out" makes my eyes tired. thats about it.

Add some nyquil and 3mg of melatonin and i sleep pretty well.

Actually Xanax knocks me out at the proper dose. Also Barbituates work wonders.

That's what I take almost every night. 5mgs... I can eat Ambien like a bag of M&M's and not feel a damn thing. Even the xanax doesn't work most of the time.
