Alright guys, i just got this stuf today from my source, i trust him but u can never put somethings past people. The cap was off, he said it fell off in his pocket which i wouldnt doubt cause i know they come off easy, there are no needle marks in the rubber though. My bottle looks underfilled to me though, i attached GodChild's pic of t400 and drew a black line to where mine is filled. Hope someone can tell me if it looks ok or not, its about 3/4 full.
