good job and good luck with the 315. i dont know if its mental or not but that was a tough jump for me personally. i wanted 3 plates on each side and it took time. once you get it tho, watch how quickly u keep jumping up.

sorry for the dumb question but what exactly does that term mean...?
there are shirts designed for bench pressing. basically upping your lifts.

I recently broke the 300 mark also. I am 6'4 and my knuckles almost scrape when I walk. It takes ALOT of effort for me to push that kinda weight.

good job man. glad to hear you finally got that 300 up. well, thats good saying that 12 weeks ago you were bragging to me about getting up 195. 105lbs ain't bad in 12 weeks. lol. too bad i had to quit the cyle at week 6 or i'd prolly be well over the 400+ mark.
6 plates will feel good bro, and while there is a lot of dudes on here who can do that and more, remeber 98% of the American population can't even come close-so be proud.
