close push ups, wide push ups, upside down push ups, one leg balanced squats, curl something reasonably heavy when no one is around, do dips on something u can hold on to, hold on to very heavy objects and do calve raises on a step
and i know this is crazy but my broke friend does this, at his apartment, he does pull ups on his complex stairs at the top lol....big old 6'2 dude from queens
ill do pull ups on palm trees, no1 will know me anyways cept my family , and they already think im a retard
upside down push ups ??
lol, well..family is good, always accept you for who you are. just dont be curling a flower vase or anything counting in the living room...
upside down against the wall to keep your balance...pretty dificult..good for your shoulders very good...
