My body over year 2005

This year is almost gone. And I want to show you my body thru this year.

First pic is from 3.1.05 last one from today (20.12.05)
I have done two cycles, one bulking and one cutting... but you will see. Now Iam 210lbs and Iam 187cm high(6"1 feet). Iam ecto-meso, with high speed metabolims.

My cycles are with low doses not more than 100mg of all EOD or 500mg depo/wk. and never going thru 8wks, than no recovery problems.

...and today. Its only 4 wks from time where I was 194lbs in cutting, now Iam 210lbs wow.... 2wks in PCT no bad fat gain. I feel fantastic, my recovery is realy quick. Sex drive still up. And I used onyl prop... so its out of my system 2wks.

Your arms are way too high on your front double biceps poses. You aren't bringing your lats out nearly as much as you could. Oh well they're just pics. I can see a lil improvement, make sure you take it enough calories.

Work on the lower part of your pecs and your chest will look alot more full and filled out. Other than that lookin solid!

Dude you back is killer wide and thick for your frame BUT you need to work on the legs bud, you look great bud!

Legs are weekest part. I will post some pic. My thigh was only 58cm in cutting phase, now after 4wks 62cm. (Sorry for cm... but Iam tired from pathology... I had today part of exam... translate it to inches.)

My cycles
last one
Prop 1-6 50mg EOD, 7-8 25mg EOD
TrenA 1-4 50mg EOD
Var 1-7 50mg ED, 8 20mg ED

Now PCT hCG 1500IU E3D, 100mg clomid EOD and each morning 5mg Dbol, two weeks off, no lose on libido.

I started cutting with 194lbs after 4wks I was 192lbs and 6%BF from 10%BF, than stop and eat like horse... 6000kcal/D and gained to 210lbs and fat change only +2% from 6%BF to 8%BF. (Kaliper method)

I bench 330lbs in max and working with 5x282lbs-297lbs
Deadlift 5x410lbs
Squat 5x310lbs

Now I will take half year off ASS, and try to go much more on squads. I would like to go after 6 months squads with 375lbs 5 rep. I know that is possible, I improved my bench +40lbs in past half year without any suplements or ASS. Its all mind... that I learned in past 7 years of my bodybuilding.(And genetics as well.... see my girl friend... she is eating and only watching TV.... and she is still wonderfull... her father is meso and in 50y is still cut and have great muscle without some work.... so Iam less gifted... I must work hard)

Your results don't look that impressive for two cycles over a year- strong back though. I can't tell much about your arms with that double bi pose. Good luck with your PCT bro.
