Finally, my goal is to drop the thirty pounds, or so, that I have gained in the past few months. The added weight is from stressful school conditions, work, and most of all the x girlfriend.
Not to worry, I'll be back at 10% bf in no time.

OK, now a follow-up....what specific steps do you all plan on putting into place to achieve these goals? So many people talk about what they want to do, but never set out the 365 daily steps to get to the goal.
In no particular order...
1. 195lbs 8%bf
2. Get my real estate license
3. Execute my business plan
4. Learn and practice NLP
5. Continue on the path towards self mastery
6. Modeling/Acting
...All will be completed.
Quit smoking (bowl games have prolonged this from starting)
210 8% BF (currently 205 11%)
Get laid more. Last year was good, but there's always room for improvement!
Save more cash instead of blowing it on dumb shit

2) Expand into Hollywood and get on t.v./movies/videos.
3) Continue to transform my body into a walking specimen at all times.
4) Get my clothing done within the next 2 months.
5) Completion of my new website which will be for t.v/film/getting into the industry. It'll be totally seperate from my V.X. business site.
There are more goals, these are the most important ones.

swole I agree I have cut back alot but am afraid as soon as I quit that I will gain back unwanted weight but I'm still gonna quit and just do cardio everytime I think of smoking.Originally Posted by SwoleCat
The weight gain is not really that bad if you continue to do cardio, eat right, etc.
Much of the weight gain comes from people eating like crazy because they are no longer smoking, and those people usually aren't active in weights/cardio/etc., and don't have a vested interest in attention to dietary practices that are sound.
