You have to run the test higher than the EQ.

500mg test EW
400mg EQ EW

Run that for 10 to 12 weeks and run PCT.

My last run was 500mg/wk TestE and 600mg/wk of Eq split Mon and Thurs. Ofcourse I also added Tren, but I had good results. 230mg/wk is too little for 3rd cycle, double that and shoot on same day as Eq so you can combine in syringe and cut back on shots.

depending on your last cycles, i don't think it looks too bad. i'm a beleiver of the testosterone level not having to be the highest dosed aas in a cycle, unless running FINA. eq is mild. as long as you have a replacement dose of test in there, 250mgs, you'll be fine. this cycle won't do too much but harden you up. i wouldn' texpect over 7lbs solid.
