Here is what i'm planning on doing with my second cycle.
Not starting til mid March.
I'm looking to get more cut with this cycle as apposed to a straight bulker. Drop the BF pretty low and add some muscle mass obviously. Clean diet, cardio in the AM before breakfast, hardcore lifting (as always)
Test Prop 100mg EOD weeks 1-11
Winny 50mg ED(pills) weeks 7-11
Clen two weeks on / two weeks off 120mcgs a day duration of cycle.
Novla 10mg ED
Clomid, Novla, Tongkat Ali PCT
Milk Thistle, Cranberry extract, multivitamin, taurine ect.
What should I expect with this cycle - any advice / changes / thoughts?
for reference my first cycle consisted of
Test E 600mg weeks 1-11
Deca 400mg Weeks 1-10
Winny 50mg ed 9-13
Novla 10mg ed
Clomid / novla pct
saw gains of 30lbs retained about 22
I did this cycle a year ago.
