    Thumbs up Starting my first cycle

    Im starting my cycle next week, im 23 5'7 205lbs 22% body fat, I will be taking 100mg of deca and 100mg of sustanon 250 a week, I would appreciate any input from everyone,

    Honestly, at that doses you wont notice a thing. I would also advise you in decreasing your bodyfat to at least 13-15 before starting.

    Throw them both out the window. Get yourself some Test Enanthate and do 2 shots (total:500mg) a week for 10 weeks and you will be set.

    I know its very little, should I take more sustanon then? maybe 150-200mg, Im just being cautious

    If you want to stay lose dose I would do 350mg or so. Some have made decent gains with 250mg

    I would cut the body fat down before anything. Maybe some Clen

    yeah I know, its gonna be hard not to get on it already, my buddy was telling me to do some cardio after I lift, to burn off some fat

    you need to get get your body fat to less than 15% before you start a cycle. Those doses are too low so you wont see anything with it. From the way you sound, i think you need to work on improving your training and diet habits before you start a cycle, otherwise youre going to be very disappointed

    i very much agree with longhorn on this one mate,get your bf down to 15% then get some test e and run 500mg weekly for 12 weeks,drop the deca and just run test!when you do reach 15% and start make sure you have all your ancillerys and pct for before you start your course.

    Alrighty Im gonna have to do lots of cardio, but if its well worth it, there aint complaints here, thanks guys,

    can I just run 3-4 days a week for 40-50 minutes after I lift, and stay on a good diet?
