on a sus250 and dbol cycle are OTC anti estrogens strong enough? should they be taken after the cycle is done or during?

I don't think so. I believe all cycles need a correct PCT, and dbol and test aren't the most mild steroids out there. I always use Nolva, Clomid and HCG for my PCT.

i recomend nolvadex instead of otc anti-e. also it is good to start taking it during your cycle when your estrogen levels start to rise. after cycle (pct) is very important as well. you could take an anti-a to stop the conversion of test into estrogen during your cycle. that will help
