PCT for 12 week prop/winnie cycle? PLEASE HELP

Hello,

Just wondering what i should do for PCT after this cycle?
It's my first cylce. Any help i could get on a PCT plan would be helpfull.
I have already decided im doing this cycle, but i want to know what PCT i need before i start.

yes, good pct...but you may want to reconsider your cycle by upping the prop by 50 ed to 100mg ed...50mg ed is only 350mg/week...not really enough test to really show results IMO...and be prepared that it can be painful which is why it is not generally recommended for your first time out, but if you think you can do it, go for it cuz you hold a lot less water on prop...

i looked around and my pct will actually cost me more than my cycle did.........is that normal.
can't i do clomid and clen for my pct?

If you are strapped for cash, you can do a nolva only PCT. Nolva at 40mg for the first two weeks and 20mg for the last two weeks.
What dose were you going to run the clen at?

i was going to run the the clen asi have read in other forums.
i will start of with a minimum dose of 0.02 then go up by 0.02 every day till i start to get the trembles then i will drop it down a notch and run it for 4 weeks 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 2 weeks on.

Is a nolva only cycle sufficient?
i think that sounds like the go since im short off cash atm.

I can get the clomid in ausssie, but is the nolvadex and arimidex from: http://www.anabolicreview-research.com the real deal? will it work for my pct?

cool i will have to research nolvadex and armidex, i don't know if i can get my hands on some, but i can find some clomid somewhere.

I do not want to start the debate again, but please research before adding arimidex to your PCT. I have read that it is not a particularly good idea. Not advising you to go either way, just advising to do some research.

For my PCT, I am using Tongkat Ali, Clomid (minimal dose), Nolva......followed by a clen cycle. From what I have read, this is the best I can get without using HCG.

im also starting my first cycle with prop at 100mg a day, should i stack with winstrol?

yea everyone has told me to do winstrol the last 4 weeks of my cycle at 50mg a day.

And is it ok to do my pct with just clomid and clen?
