    Test already kicked in!

    im pretty excited, Test kicked in, I went a little heavey on the pectoral fly machine, I actually stacked it, I couldnt help it lol, but I made sure to stretch, will see how this week goes, I took my first shot monday, and will be taking again this monday, The deca hasnt kicked in, I hear it takes a few weeks, anyhow, im pretty stoked

    Once that decca and the rest of the longer ester tests in the sust.hit you, you will be feeling even better.

    assumeing it is sust 250 and deca 300 (typical concentrations)
    I would up the test a bit. it is a good idea to run test higher then deca
    also to enjoy the benafits of the short esters and to keep blood levels stable, sust should be injected every 3 days

    500mg/week is about standard for a first cycle

    1 more question, im 5'7 205 19% bodyfat, now should I do cardio before I lift, or after, this is a bulk cycle, but just curious what you guys think

    Try to do it on your off days if possible or after if you have to.

    For bulking... I'd cut the cardio down to a min or out completely.

    Bulking at 19% bodyfat?

    You should have got your bodyfat % down to below 12% and you will experience better quality gains, that would also be more noticable.

    Have a prefect diet, high in clean calories, and do cardio in the AM on an empty stomach.
