IMO you need to up the Deca to 400mg / week and split it and mix it with the sust. Up the winny for four weeks and not two. Only issue is doing two orals in one cycle, can be very hard on the liver. I personaly hate dbol, but to each his own. Also the sust should be shot EOD to get the most out of the Prop in it

Hell just take Winny tabs. They work well for me too. I think for the last 2 weeks it should work good pulling the water off of you, and giving you a lil strength.

250mg weekly of Deca is fine to me. I doesnt take Deca to work. Deca+Sus is killer to me.

One suggestion to you is to shoot 125mg Deca twice a week with the 250mg of Sus. Just my opinion, but other than that looks like it should work good for you.

I am probably going to use dbol to kick in a cycle of test, curious to know why you dont like it?

I suffered bad sides from it after two weeks. Appetite suppression and really sore nipples and the shits. Mind you I wasnt taking Nolvadex at the time and that may have helped but I wont be going back for a rerun
