300mg should be an absolut minimum, but then you should also frontload it on the 1st shot.
diet is pretty good (i think) breakfast oatmeal, few hard boiled eggs, protein shake, luch generally turkey /chicken sandwhich with a shake in afternoon
dinner chicken, or steak and a carb like potato/rice then a shake at night
you think i should wait to i get back into it to start it? i figured it would get me a good start and help with some recovery time
